I’ve always had great experiences with the main office, but this office in derby is just not it. I am not entirely sure why there was no communication regarding my chart or the things being tested or anything but no one communicated on what kind of appt it was. The receptionist was not only rude, but didn’t know what she was talking about regarding my appointment or insurance. They treated my pregnant wife like she was an idiot when she's been through this process before. Do not bring your family here if you want staff to be on your team.
The process with Mindy Kile was amazing. But I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve been fighting a bill with them for over 6 months now. Nothing was ever submitted to insurance, so every couple days I receive a text that I have an overdue bill. I’ve called multiple times to get this resolved and no one ever answers. The one time they left me a voicemail it says it was taken care of and submitted to insurance, but it wasn’t because I’m still getting texts about owing a full balance! Do not recommend ... read more
I have been to the clinic twice now and have had nothing but good experiences. Kellie was very informative, spent time with me and answered any questions I had. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
These women are awesome. They understand women and listen to us when we say we know our body. Highly recommend
