The process with Mindy Kile was amazing. But I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve been fighting a bill with them for over 6 months now. Nothing was ever submitted to insurance, so every couple days I receive a text that I have an overdue bill. I’ve called multiple times to get this resolved and no one ever answers. I have been to the clinic twice now and have had nothing but good experiences. Kellie was very informative, spent time with me and answered any questions I had. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
These women are awesome. They understand women and listen to us when we say we know our body. Highly recommend
Do not recommend! I have spent a year trying to explore why I had been in so much pain while communicating I would like to figure it out so I could have a baby. Regardless, there was always a push for birth control or "conservative medications" at every appointment. I recently ended up going to the ER (for the second time) due to pain. When I contacted the clinic to see if I could consult with Dr. Kile (had a scan with them a few days prior) her nurse called me back hours later & was very rude & dismissive. Mindy Kile is amazing!!! She made the experience not so scary as I thought and very welcoming, I highly recommend her to any woman who is looking for a female doctor!! Highly recommend this clinic
