I had a really disappointing experience visiting this location. My mom and I walked up to the counter while it was raining and the associate walking didn’t acknowledge us and continued helping the family she was showing the display to. Was there in Whalers Village yesterday and had a great experience. Johnny helped us. Got necklaces for daughters and granddaughters. Was a little hesitant, being worried about being pressured but had the most helpful and informative person who engaged with the grandkids. Would recommend the experience to everyone.
My husband was so lucky to open an 8mm silver pearl- it’s a rare find in Akoya pearls! The luster is stunning and the quality is top-notch! I also want to give a huge shout-out to the lady who helped me yesterday. She was incredibly patient, guiding me through the different settings until we found the perfect 14K gold floating plumeria design to complement my pearl.
