I go to SW once a year and stop at the Pearl Factory every time for the last 5 years. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Carmen every year. She is so helpful and have amazing customer service. Even if I don’t buy something, she has been there and so nice. Thanks for your help the other day Carmen!

It was a lovely experience the little ceramony of the breaking the oyster , and we found a purple pearl as well, Thank you staff your service was nice In fact ny mom too brought pearls from you guys , long years ago 🤗
The rep that was assisting me was absolutely amazing. However, the supervisor or manager on shift Sunday 07/14/2024 was rude and ruined the experience. She had curly hair, right above her shoulder, and had a yellow shirt on. My son and his friend had just opened their pearls and we waited for on rep to come back so that they could pick out a ring for their pearls. The lady in yellow said she needed is to move out of her way (note the other counter area had space). We complied though I felt it was rude because the woman she w... read more
