Stay AWAY from their service department!! Took our mini van in to get our sliding door locks fixed. They diagnosed the repairs to give estimate to warranty company. All was approved and they ordered parts. We took van back to complete repairs. AFTER they started the work and removed outside panels from around window (which was not necessary just made it 'easier') they call us to tell us they can't put the panels back on and we would need new panels for $420. I was offered a ride to pick up my vehicle which was very convenient. I also ended up leaving with a fresh set of new tires at competitive rates just in time for the first snowfall of the season. Overall, a positive experience.

RecommendedAmazing customer service. I brought my Jeep in Monday morning bc it died over the weekend. I had called other Jeep dealerships and was literally told it would sit on the lot until Jan since I didn’t have an apt. I called Littleton and they told me to bring it in. Bri was amazing, got my car fixed day of and they’re also great with providing updates. Will continue to bring my Jeep to this location, I’ve never had such great customer service with a repair.
