Very professional. The office is really nice and the people are so friendly. I would recommend Them completely.
Everyone is very nice and gentle. I just had two teeth removed in less than ten minutes and I felt zero pain.
The hygienist and doctor were good. They were timely and my appointment went well. My issue is with the office not letting me know they did not accept my insurance plan. I provided my insurance information when I set up the appointment along with a copy of the insurance card ahead of the appointment. After my cleaning I am told I owe $349. They asked “didn’t our insurance specialist call you”? The answer is no. What I would expect is for them to notify me prior to performing services that my insurance plan was not accepted. ... read more
