I went into waller dental for exam and x rays, they told what I needed done, went back three weeks later to start on dental work. Went in for root canal and crown on tooth 31, it was difficult to do root canal, so Dr Burakowski referred me to a doctor in cypress, so my thing is, if you couldn't do the root canal, why did you put the temporary crown on my tooth without the root canal being done????

I really wanted to like this place, after reading the reviews. My appointment was scheduled at 2p. I arrived 20 minutes early considering I was a new patient it's customary to arrive early at any clinic. There was a note on the door that stated they would return at 2p. I waited, 2p came around... called (phones were forward to a cell phone) no one answered, no one showed. Frustrated I left...and left a message canceling my appointment requesting a call back. When I first walked in I was impressed with how beautiful the office was but I was worried that maybe it would be expensive. Im glad i gave them a shot bc the prices were reasonable but the doctor and staff were amazing. The pain free shots were just as advertised.

I loved this office, I hated my last dentist which is why I left. I hate waiting for a long time and was happy they let me right in. doctor was friendly and staff was really helpful. thanks trinity.

I have been here before I started going to the location in Crosby (which I love also). Dr. B is such a friendly dentist, so personable and real. She makes me feel like she is my friend and cares about me and my family, rather than some of the dentists I have gone in the past that seem like they just want my insurance money. The staff is very friendly as well. And I never had to wait long like at other offices.

I am really happy with the staff at Waller Dental! I was so worried I would not be able to get the work done due to expense but they really work with you! The Manager sat with me for 20 minutes answered my questions and worked out a plan to have my dental work done in 4 wks with 3 easy payments! They really do care!

My husband and I thank Dr. B and her staff at Trinity Dental for making our experience a great one. Since moving to Houston in 2008, we had numerous unpleasant encounters at various dental offices. I can't begin to express, my appreciation/thankfulness to Waller Dental! I went into this location as a call-in emergency basis (6-8), and was treated with the BEST care I believe I could have received that day, ANYWHERE! The whole staff was as kind,courteous, caring, and as attentive, and assertive as they could be to me, as I was FREAKING OUT about my FRONT tooth that had been repaired years ago, and had now fallen out at work. My family are new patients at Trinity and my kids like it there. Clean, modern building and equipment, friendly staff, short wait times, Dr Burakowski is very knowledgeable and great with kids.
