I would like to thank the staff and doctor at pearl dental for doing such a good job of taking care of me. I was like most people extremely nervous about going to the dentist and haven't gone for years. Part of it is the fact I never had insurance. I was expecting them to see my mouth and make up all this expensive treatment that I couldn't afford. First class experience over here. Dr. Patel and the hygiene team worked wonders and for the first time ever i wasn't so dam nervous at the dentist. Highly recommend these people and the office is beautiful and they take care of you.
Used to goto another trinity location and now started coming here. Have to say they are very consistent and took care of me just as well as the old location I went to. Doctor makes all the difference and the Asian doc(can't remember his name)who saw me at this location took his time to clean my teeth and explain everything to me. Also the last location I didn't have any cavities so I was testing these guys to see if they would make up stuff, and sure enough they were honest and didn't try to jack up the bill.
DR. KRUPA PATEL, THE DENTIST, DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT and STAFF WAS RUDE. Very disappointed. I had a confirmed appointment on Tuesday, however, Pearl called the afternoon before and asked me to reschedule for today, October 13. I agreed and rescheduled my appointment for 9:00 a.m. today. I go to the Aldine location. Let me tell you I was annoyed by the assistant. I took my two kids for a regular dental check up. She called my son to take xrays & she immediately started to use the cavitron to clean his teeth. (Uh NO! First of all You're NOT a dentist nor a hygienist so I definitely don't need you in my son's mouth doing anything other that xrays or assisting the dentist.) There are two Dr. Burakowski’s in this office. They must be sisters. Both are very professional and are the best in what they do surrounded by incredibly knowledgeable staff that shows a lot of care and understanding. I have seen them working with kids and grownups. They are just great. (BTW - I am a big kid when I face dentist).
I am amazed on the positive reviews for this place. You have to see it yourself to believe what a MONEY HUNGRY this doctor and staff are! Rediculous! Got a second opinion at another place, and I only needed one crown not 14 crowns! It's a SHAME to milk hard working people of Waller!
Dr. Burakowski is simply amazing to say the least....and coming from the most scared guy in the world about dental work....that means everything that you need to know. I had a regular dentist but they were closed the day before Thanksgiving and I had a crown come off and she saw me and took really good care of me. Definitely will switch dentists from now on....she totally earned my trust and approval!
In the greater Houston area there are many dental services to choose from and I found this office to be one of the best. I scheduled an appointment for a check-up, cleaning, and whitening very easily. The staff was very friendly over the phone and made me feel welcomed in person upon my arrival. The office and clinical area are very well maintained, clean, modern, and state of the art.
