After I got the Explanation of Benefits statement which was not provided at the end of the first visit it stated I had received a cleaning which is covered and oral health instructions which is not not cover neither was done. Had to return to get the Receipt and the price changed for the same treatment. They did not provide a treatment plan after our first our visit. When we returned to get the treatment t plan they could not print it from the computer that said we needed to return so the other person could print it out. Eve... read more
Dr. O is amazing! She’s very kind, thorough and always available when we need her. She has gone above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dentist for anyone that wants to have a good experience.
