I had came to Pearl Dental for their dental services and the range of experiences have been mediocre to unethical. To start, they have a nice modern clinic but my experiences were not as expected. I paid nearly $5k for their treatment plan but what was shocking was their lack of empathy for their patients. At no point did they directly communicate that my federal employee dental insurance was not accepted at their clinic and that I was paying higher rates for basic things. I have been coming to Pearl Dental for a while and it has been a pleasent experience. From the front office staff, dental assistance, hygieniest, and Dr Boudaie, always very cordial and professional. I recently had a tooth ache, I was able to get an appointment right away, get the exams I needed at a fair price, a quick referral that confirmed the issue. Dr. Boudaie went above an beyond resolving the issue in the best possible way. Happy to be a patient at this practice. They are all really great!
I have really enjoyed Pearl. They are always efficient and easy to work with. And the location is so convenient. I would recommend Pearl if you are looking!
