Very positive and professional team. Very impressed
I had Dr. Nova today for a small repair on a tooth. I usually have a bit of anxiety around going to dentists but Dr. Nova was phenomenal. Not only did she do an amazing job on the tooth repair, she did a quick inspection and advised what issues I should look into next. All the staff I interacted with were extremely kind and friendly. By far the best dental experience I have ever had
Come from country nsw up to 2 month wait out our way 4 hr drive best thing i have done fix 5 teeth in one day and go back to get 2 more done tells u cost and options b4 u start any sort of work and takes photos and xrays to show u why u need it best place and people i ever been to
I’ll keep emotion out of this and relay the events: There are a number of dentists in St Marys, all close to each other. My partner asked me which she should go to. I replied, go to the ones with the highest Google rating. Which turns out to be these guys. Although after this experience I have to conclude that their Google reviews are false or bought. I can’t recommend Dr Nova highly enough! I’m usually extremely scared of dental procedures, and I made sure to tell her how anxious I was. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, gentle and reassuring. I honestly never expected to feel so calm and comfortable at the dentist. Dr Nova made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.
