Although this place had mixed reviews I decided to give it a chance (under new management/ ownership) and rent here. From the start the sales office impressed me and seemed earnest to improve the living conditions for it’s residents. I have only been here a few months but so far it’s been exceptional! Whenever I have had a concern it’s been quickly addressed and resolved. The location is centrally located and this place is clean and very well kept. So far it’s met all my expectations.
Pearl Cove has been an amazing place to call home! The community is beautiful, the apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities and especially the pool make everyday living so much more enjoyable. The renovated finishes, spacious layouts, and convenient features like in-unit laundry make a huge difference! The property has been completely transformed under the new management. The positive culture they’ve created is evident throughout the entire community. There is a real focus on cleanliness, professionalism, and making Pearl Cove a place residents are proud to call home. I had a wonderful experience visiting Pearl Cove! The property is gorgeous, and the apartments are modern, spacious, and well maintained. The leasing office was professional, kind, and answered every question I had. The community has a relaxing vibe, and I could easily picture myself living here. Definitely worth touring if you're looking for your next home!
Management & staff at the community are very friendly and helpful! Location has also helped a ton since we're a quick drive to both Tampa & Clearwater.
