Hubby ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. The delivery guy missed us and informed me that he'll leave the flowers to a neighbor. Called the delivery guy and the flower shop numerous times with no success. Apparently their shop is closed at 6 pm. It's already 9 pm and I have not seen the flowers yet. I wan't my money back. My Mother's Day is ruined.
Horrible customer service. I asked a question about my daughter's prom & got an attitude, then hung up on.
