We went to visit Dr. Kwong's office for the first time today and loved them! The staff was great and helpful and the assistant, PA and doctor were all quick and listened to what we had to say. I don't understand all the bad reviews about the front desk. I thought she was funny, helpful, and thorough. Just because someone isn't super bubbly doesn't mean they suck at their job. Dr Kwong and her staff are amazing! I’ve been a patient there for years.
We really do like Dr. Kwong and she is great with my daughter but the lady at the front desk is the rudest, most bitter person I have ever met and she is the reason we will not be coming back. When she is fired, we will return for more appointments. It's sad really that there are SO MANY negative reviews about the woman at the front desk yet there has been no action taken to rectify the situation or to fix her rude behavior. I was seen right away. Dr. Kwong greeted me and then listened to what I had to tell her about my condition. Afterwards, she examined me and was pleased to see that the medication she prescribed me was effective .Dr. Kwong is a great physician.
Dr. Kwong is thorough, efficient, professional, amiable, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work. My family and I have been her patients for years, and we continue to schedule appointments with her and to recommend her services to others.
