Always pleasant and professional
Dr. Kwong and PA were kind , thorough and efficient. I booked a same day appointment with no issues. I would comment on reception which was not pleasant but hang in there once past that office treatment the medical treatment was above what I expected. I believe the receptionist has the ability to grow if mentored as her approach is almost strangely hostile that at first is maddening yet sad after seeing similar reviews.
Trusted Dr Kwong with my kids for years before becoming her patient. She is like family to me.
