This was my first time shopping with them. I bought necklace and earrings paid 100 dollars on 1/2/19 the sales person did not tell me that they do not accept returns/ next day 1/3/19 went to return but she said there was a sign you should’ve read it and said can give me store credit or I have to choose something else/ asked for manager she said she is the manager and she cannot do anything for me to return my money/ I do work in customer service and we always let customers know about sale or policy/ end up calling security a... read more
