Staff need better communication on availability. Slow response. I had to reach out multiple times to make a deposit for a spot I was told was available only to be told it’s booked… won’t be using nor recommending in the future.
Pearl Catering was fantastic, they were very organized and communicative. They provide all the plates, napkins and utensils and such, so we just got our own tablecloths and didn’t have to get any rentals which saved us quite a bit. They set up and cleared tables so fast after people finished their meals nothing ever felt messy, and we barely noticed them doing it. And the food was great, everything seemed fresh and felt more like food you would get at a restaurant than your typical wedding food.
We used Pearl Catering for our wedding in October 2025 at Owego Hills Vineyard. The food was delicious and the service was amazing, The kids buffet option was great, as we had a lot of kids and it allowed us to save some money and have happy kids.

Pearl catered our 130 person wedding this past July and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were by far the most reasonably priced (we were given a list of ~10 caterers to choose from by our venue) for the quality and type of foods available. I remember tasting some of the other caterers’ sample menu and being underwhelmed despite being exorbitantly more expensive.
