We have hosted events for 25 years and chose Pearl Catering for our daughter's wedding. Having been around the industry and seeing all of the different vendors, we were pretty tough customers since this was the first time hosting for one of our own. Rude and inconsiderate. Guy picked up a load of pastries from Safeway (they don't bake them?!) And left his cart and a bunch of trash in the parking spot where people pick up orders. He blocked the entire spot on a busy day. Why should I believe they'd give a darn about people in other areas of their business? Character is doing what's right, even if you know you can get away without a consequence. Cart Narcs, where are you when we need you?!
We used Pearl for our micro-wedding and couldn’t have been happier. Tiffani was a dream to work with. Communicative, attentive to our vision, and incredibly knowledgeable about our venue, which was especially helpful as we were out of state. Day of, her and her team took the best care of us. Most brides talk about not getting to eat on their wedding day but they made sure we were fed and even sent us with a packaged up meal for the next day. Pearl was absolutely amazing for my 150+ person wedding! The food was delicious and I still have people reminiscing about it to me, even a month after. The service was outstanding and the servers went above and beyond. Not only did they bus the tables, check in with guests and keep them fed and happy, but they also stayed until the very end and helped pack up tablecloths and other things that they were not responsible for.
