The reviews sharing that the owner is non responsive when there are issues is true. I had to dispute my charges three times, blocked the charges on my card, emailed them, called them, texted them, to no avail. I decided to cancel my credit card to stop recurring charges.
Spotless rinse doesn’t work, leaves water spots everytime, not sure I’ll be going back until that gets fixed…
Use to wash my vehicles here for years until they got more expensive, if you wanted more suction on the vacuum you'd have to add more money, that's when I stop going.
Don't use your credit card at this POS place. I swiped my card and the charge wouldn't stop, it just kept going up till $40 and I was pushing the button to try to get it to stop. Other reviews have noted this place scamming. They charged me $3 (screenshot) for nothing on my card, I didn't get to use it.
Washing works, vacuums don't work, they barely have any power at all.
