Machine card reader broken half the time

For those of you who use a debit card and see a mysterious $15 charge: There is a 'done' button at the card reader that I didn't see. It will automatically stop charging your card at $15 if you don't press it. Do it as soon as you're done. A man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. He used Zelle to send me a refund, since I was there for about 10 minutes. Yes, it's an old car wash, but they do have cameras and can see how long you were there.
