Machine card reader broken half the time

For those of you who use a debit card and see a mysterious $15 charge: There is a 'done' button at the card reader that I didn't see. It will automatically stop charging your card at $15 if you don't press it. Do it as soon as you're done. A man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. He used Zelle to send me a refund, since I was there for about 10 minutes. Yes, it's an old car wash, but they do have cameras and can see how long you were there. Lame that they don't give actual coins back just carwash tokens and was dirty kinda getto and like a dummy went and lost 5$ on there unless empty machines
