I had been using them for almost 2 years. With minimal issues like them not giving me my floor mats and my windows not being fully clean not really a big issue. I did notice a scratch on my car after a wash one time and mentioned it and was told it wasn’t them. Of course. But After a year and a half I had my windows tinted and I even waited a month to clean them. When I finally had them cleaned 5 of my windows the tint was scratched all to hell. Some of the Guys on the Outside are Super Friendly, Others not so much. But everyone I've ever encountered on the inside were very kind and helpful.

Best Car Wash in the City Bar None! I have been going here since I was 16, I'm 63 Now and have never had a bad experience. If my car ever seemed like it wasn't done to my satisfaction, I told one of the owners and without fail they reran my car or truck through again and made sure I was satisfied. Some people just love to try and find things to complain about, just to make themselves feel important. Get a life people.
