The folks at Pearl Bay were quick to help remove our friable asbestos material. While I'm not an expert on asbestos removal, they did seal the furnace closet, applied a substance to wet the material, removed it, and heap vacuumed the whole space rapidly and thoroughly. They worked much more efficiently than another in-town asbestos removal company, the workers even removed some extra drywall material used on the base of the furnace platform at no cost and were extremely respectful of our house and time.
