Broke a window blind and took a photo and told the management office it was already broken. The blind had not been touched in the six years that I had lived here. I had to replace it myself.

Trying to get this company to do repairs on doors and windows they installed ….. completely unprofessional - Non-responsive, non-cooperative… Ignore phone calls. Shame on you Pearce for your lack of quality !

I had three sliding glass doors replaced by Pearce. I have had problems with all of them leaking and attempts to find a solution resulted in virtually non-existent customer service. They had been out several times (when they actually showed up for their appointments) to try to fix the problems but I still have a literal puddle in my home after a heavy rain (which isn't a rare occurrence in South Florida). Fabulous service. Pat was responsive and professional. Gave us an estimate over the phone after receiving the measurements and then came by to measure and inspect himself before the installation. The techs arrived on time, were courteous, communicative and worked really hard for a day and a half. They cleaned everything at the end and our new door looks terrific! We highly recommend Pearce and would definitely hire them again!
