Nicole and Justin are the best real estate agents on this planet. My fiancé and I were buying out first ever house at the ages of 22 and 20. First we interviewed three potential realtors. Then picked one we thought was a good fit. We were wrong and mutually ended that relationship even befor listing, fortunately! Because next we called Nicole. She was fantastic right out of the gate! She was very astute in sensing our needs and made excellent decisions for us and for Berkshire Hathaway....a win win win realtor. She had an open house and hooked the buyer from day one. The buyer tried to reduce their offer, claiming unrealistic deficiencies after the inspection. I ... read more
