STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not BACK YOU once signing agreement. Guidelines to contracts not followed for deposits. The saleswoman I felt could take for face value was a mistake. They have a separate group that comes to try to sell you short sale instead. In midst gross contract breach agent TRYS to force you to sign cancelation to see another offer. The extorton sales tactics are incredulous practically criminal. TREMENDOUSLY HUGE MISTAKE WASTING MY TIME.
Aneesah was a fantastic agent for my family! She helped us through the entire process, as first-time homeowners, she was super kind and thoughtful! It was also really helpful that she is very quick in responding to messages and was very adept with technology! Truly could not recommend Aneesah enough!
