RecommendedI was 55 when I was referred to her by my dentist for gum issues. No longer have any gum issues, my original horrible ortho was corrected and my teeth look wonderful. Loved all the staff, and of course Dr. Pearce (and her son!). 5 our of 5 is NOT good enough, it's a 10 out of 5. She's a perfectionist, long after I was satisfied she finally said they were ready.
The staff and Dr. Pearce are so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of the competence and expertise they have in working with kids!

When my family first walked into Pearce Orthodontics (Monroeville location), we were promptly greeted with a smile and friendly engagement. From the lobby (which has a Keurig for mom, TV for dad, and play area for little sibs) to the treatment area (which includes seating for parents), the welcoming design feels updated, clean, and comfortable. Dr Nandita Pearce is the nicest and most thorough orthodontist. Her tech Jennifer is amazing because she always takes her time with my son who has gag issues and just is so kind and patient to him! I would definitely recommend Dr. Pearce to others.
