I have been taking my Mini Cooper to Pierce auto for several years. I have to say the quality of work the thoughtfulness of the technician there they're very knowledgeable and really care personally about their customers and their customer satisfaction and safety is above the bar. They're always available for a quick call. I cannot recommend them enough. I had this issue on my Mini Cooper with an engine light going on and off for months. I took it to my local shop several times but they couldn't fix the issue. I took it to the dealership and also couldn't fix it, and the next steps would cost me a couple of thousand bucks. I found them online and took my car with them, and they repaired it for half the price I was being charged at the dealership. Best repair shop in the city. I've been taking my MINI here for a couple years now, and have nothing but good things to say about the quality, speed, and professionalism of Pearce Autotech. I'll be taking my car here for service for years to come.
I started with Jason and now work with Josh/Joshua. I super trust them that if/when my 2014 Mini breaks down, I'm getting used and planning in bringing it back to Pearce. I trust their judgment and I know they know my car. I've only gone to them for any mini issues.
Took my 2015 Mini Cooper here for maintenance checks and some fixes. Excellent service! Way cheaper than a dealer, around 70% cheaper in comparison. They even washed my car! They have a waiting area but I opted to wait at a cafe a few blocks away. Note: The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.
