I lived at Pear Tree for nearly 6 years and I could not have asked for a better apartment complex! My apartment was quite spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... very hard to find for the price in the Cape area! The location is quiet but also a short distance to anything you could need. The complex is extremely well maintained and the Rhodes Group staff was phenomenal and so helpful if I ever needed anything. I never had problems with neighbors or their guests. I have since moved to Texas but I will truly miss Pear Tree!
Pear Tree Apartments are a great place to live! I lived at Pear Tree for several years, and I enjoyed the apartment and the location. The apartments are spacious, well maintained, and very sound proof. You should live here...they're awesome!!
