If you soak, the technician will work on another client and check in every 10 minutes. Waste of your time as the consumer given they could drill the remaining bits off. Also the towel used to cover the hands during dip removal has several polish stains on it. Quite cramped space and the service leaves more to be desired.
The ambience was amazing, the food was amazing and the staff was very welcoming 10/10 love the lobster also!
The service at the nail shop was terrible after waiting about 45 minutes in the chair this girl came to do my feet, did a horrible job and the one manager when I was leaving asking for tip. I would never go back there. Customer service is 0. Some of the workers are not trained. Horrible service.
On 3/20/25, I went here for a mani/pedi no gel because I wanted to get rid of the gel, while one of the ladies was doing my pedi, the one that was doing my mani spill this zyxc magic uploading nail glue removal on my wrist and acted like nothing happen. This stuff burnt my skin and she trust to put some lotion on it. I normally go here to get my mani/ pedi done but after this certainly will not be going back.
