Under any circumstances move here. *Horrible Management *Horrible Maintenance *Property is hardly ever clean *Saint Ann PD patrol with BRIGHT Patrol light every few hours... they will shine them in your window. Please spare yourself.... This is literally the worst place to live. I moved into a townhouse($867 per month) almost 2 years ago. I fell in love with the laminate wood flooring, soaring ceiling and brick fire place. The management here is HORRIBLE. The property manager doesn't care if you live here or not. I qualified for a discount because I work at the airport and I didnt find out about it until 5 months after staying here. Someone at the airport told me then the property manager didn't want to honor the discount because I didn't bring it up when I signed the lease. Like I was supposed to know. I have never seen a worse maintenance crew than the one at Pear Tree. My ceiling has leaked FOUR times since moving in just 3 months ago. Each time it started to leak I had to call at least THREE times in order to get a response. When they did respond they fixed the leak (after a couple tries) And then blamed me the renter when to soaked ceiling started to fall apart. While the mangament is super nice, the maintenance workers are worthless. If you like to wake up to standing water in your bathroom, then rent here. otherwise ... read more
