RecommendedLocation and Maintenance of the grounds is great. Responsive to request is very good.
We love how big the rooms are. They are making the facilities look great which is always a plus. We have had issues with them when it comes to repairing things/ getting things done. First month was great, we had someone at our door in 5 min. after putting in a request. We had our roof fall down in our kitchen Friday Sept. 1st they never came to pick up the mess, even after they said they would. We had to stay at a Hotel for the weekend because they didn't fix it until September 6th due to Monday being a holiday. The third pa... read more
Very disappointed!! Maintenance people not licensed didn't know how to fix anything. Leaks everywhere and took for ever to get them to fix and only patched roof. Very bad service in general. Do not recommend!!!!!!
Excellent customer service; administration staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a very calm and quiet community to live in. The amenities and surroundings are always clean and functional. In addition to that, it is a very affordable place to live in.
I have been here for almost 4 month a I just keep falling and falling in love with this apt complex!! The staff and management are over the top, friendly and understanding. And work out situations with its residents in positive ways so glad to call Pear Tree apts my home !!
Friendly helpful and seems like they care about their residents. I recommend it!
