I’ve been a little overwhelmed with all the changes but that’s just me, I don’t like change however I was really stressed about the new policy regarding parking, I called today and Reggie was very transparent about being new but he would help as best he could and he did! He actually called me back contacted the towing company and everything. I appreciate him, and I am looking forward to working with this new management team.
Horrible communication since new company took over and it’s dirty ! Do not recommend. The agents have no communication skills , they just lie . I literally can’t wait to move
Great first impression. The manager is very nice, flexible, understanding, responsive and a problem-solving person.
Syretha and Jaleesa were extremely helpful and made sure I got my problem fixed before I walked out their office. Before they came I was looking to move due to management and now I love it again! Thank you guys for being so great and helpful. They are also very friendly and do not make underhanded comments like the previous management would do.
