I rented from Pair properties and I love love love the staff. Alan Drummond was the nicest guy ever and made everything so easy. Michelle was always so sweet and always helped when I needed something. I highly recommend renting from Pear properties!
They did an amazing job at the office. Also Ben did an amazing job handling the Rent. Along with Allan handling maintenance.

DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!! If you currently live in any of these properties, please report it to code enforcement for investigation as your property is probably unsafe as you probably have a great case for a law suit. There is irrefutable evidence of this company failing to maintain habitable properties, retaliatory eviction, unlawful entry, and breach of lease. Allan is rude to his tenants, he charges unfair prices for his rental properties, he allows people to live in uninhabitable homes and puts bandaid... read more
