I found a pretty nice apartment next to my new job which was pet friendly. The application process and all steps were super easy. My agent was Jair and he was super helpful throughout with amazing communication. Definitely would recommend Pear NYC if you are apartment hunting.
Just found my first solo apartment w/ Pear NYC and I’m so happy! I’m usually skeptical of broker agencies, but Jair and Richard were amazing to work with. I kept an eye on Pear’s website and found several great apartments. When one that I toured wasn’t a good fit, Jair kindly transferred my application over to another apartment so that I didn’t have to fill out a second application and pay the fee again.
