We were able to coordinate a tour of the unit immediately upon contacting her - she readily answered all of our questions, clearly explained next steps, and even took measurements for us while we were viewing the space. These guys made finding a great Brooklyn apartment infinitely easier and Jair was top notch providing extremely timely information with the utmost transparency. Although 5 stars, I have two comments. 1. The company requires a deposit of $500 to apply for the apartment. I don’t like this policy and most agencies to not require this large of a deposit but it is refundable. 2. The lease didn’t initially match the verbal agreement that utilities would be included in the rent (although it was fixed very quickly).
