I used Pear Inc and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only did Gary find me qualified tenants but he really honed in on what tenants would be a good personality fit for my management style and who would make good neighbors for the existing tenants. I highly recommend Pear Inc. Gary has been managing our house in Chino Hills for the past few years now. It took more than expected to find a new tenant, but his approach of taking time to find a right tenant paid off. His team Cindy and Clara are also great to work with. Overall, satisfactory across the board with fingers crossed.
