During our almost 3 years stay, we had the blessing of Gary being our property manager! I would give a six out of five stars if that was possible! There’s nothing better Gary could’ve done. He took care of every request that we had and was very respectful in all of his communication and servicing. If we could have Gary as our landlord for every rental we had we would. The value that Gary gave to our family was tremendous. I hope he has a blessed life.
Gary is so helpful in connecting the dots between us (the renters) and the owner of our unit. From the kick-off of the application process (and our many questions for him), our approval, the move-in, and now as we get more settled, he has been a great resource. He is always responsive and happy to help, and you can tell he truly cares about the unit, the owner, and the renters. We feel very supported (the best feeling in a new home)!
Gary and his team are professionals but more than anything an honest team who understand the challenges a California landlord has to comply with and they certainly know how to ensure that all prospective tenants are treated fairly and selected with both interests in mind. I’ve been with Gary and his team for three years now and hope to be with them for many years to come.
