This place would be more enjoyable if there weren’t neighbors that complained in their foreign language and not come to you to speak about issues. This neighborhood have a lot of children and we have children also which is great. I don’t like that smokers can smoke on their balcony and it states in lease 20 ft away from property. I have breathing issues and my neighbor coincidentally smokes every time I open my window for fresh air.
