They over charged me for my copays and then failed to bill the insurance company so charged my debit card without my consent a month later. They owe me $518. I have been trying to collect this refund for over 6 months and all I get is the run around from the office manger Laura Holland. I do not recommend going here.
I was lucky to be there on a quiet day this time (Friday in the shoulder season), so I didn’t have to wait at all. I was taken back immediately, and the staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Even on a busy day, they do their best to make sure everyone is comfortable and well informed. The doctor who has taken care of me both times is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Peaks Medical for your urgent care and lab needs!
I cannot recommend this urgent care more. I was treated with so much kindness and respect. The prices were great for urgent care and they were extremely transparent about them throughout the process. I came in 30 minutes before closing and they easily could have turned me away, but instead helped me get to the bottom of what I was dealing with, ran tests and stayed late themselves. They offered me and my partner drinks and snacks as well. Thank you Peaks Medical and Urgent Care.
I'll admit I'm a bit jaded with Western medicine, but the experience I had at Peaks Urgent care made me question that. The staff and FNP Stacy Berry are all so kind and compassionate and very professional. Plus they had me in and out in no time. I highly recommend this facility and its amazing staff!
