This is what I am forced to live in and I am paying over $1000 a month! I have a toddler and I have asked to moved several times but it always ends up being a no. Georgia doesn’t have any laws with making landlords take care of mold and mildew inside of apartments. Don’t fix anything,come and patch stuff up! Keep having the same problem over and over!
It’s officially been 5 weeks and my bathroom tile isn’t fixed. Maintenance did come by two days ago and stated someone would be back the next day. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. I can not recommend this location to anyone. Looking at the broken tile in the bathroom everyday is disgusting!!
