I've lived here 3 years going on 4. All the staff is either incompetent or apathetic. I now have 3 separate leaks in my ceiling 2 of which drip constantly the last will pour about once a week. I have submitted over a dozen maintenance requests for the latter over a year and a half and every time it is marked as completed and no work ever happens. This apartment sucks my apartment has flooded with SEWER water and the office did nothing to help i had to beg to move to another unit. This complex is INFESTED with roaches it’s absolutely disgusting and the office does not care. The pool is never working the hot tub is always broken and the laundry facility’s are never working and homeless people are always breaking in. The units themselves are horribly built all of my cabinets and drawers are broken and they just paint over roaches and debris there is dog shit everywhere ... read more
For over 8 months I’ve had a hole in my dining room wall due to plumbing issues previous management did nothing to repair In less than 24 hours of submitting a maintenance request to the new owners /managemt team the wall has been repaired. Thanks green water, Erica and maintenance staff you are a class act
Pool is nice.
I lived here for only one year and if I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I definitely do not recommend moving here. Yes it is cheap but you do get what you pay for. Basically expect nothing to work. They have on site laundry but that place is disgusting half of the washing machines do not even work half of the time not to mention the card system if you need a refill money on your card and management is not in the office you can’t do laundry.
