My two visits—for cataract surgery—could not have gone more smoothly. The staff was responsive, friendly, and competent. For a procedure that might have been accompanied by anxiety, I was surprised by just how relaxed I felt. In addition to the terrific staff, the facility was very pleasant. Thank you, Peakpoint!
While all the nursing staff I met at Peakpoint Flatiron were sweet, detailed and clearly on top of it, I wanted to specifically bring up Clarence who took care of me in recovery post-surgery. He was so attentive and kind and I truly felt he was my best advocate in that situation where I could not fully speak up for myself. I am happy I was at this facility where I could experience his care. Thank you Clarence for making that difficult time as comfortable as possible!
