This was actually a virtual call, and normally I go to the Bass Pro office. Dr. Reeves is great...he is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to listen to me and explain everything, and I never feel rushed!
We love One Medical. The staff is friendly, thoughtful, skilled, and communicative. The app makes scheduling appointments and communicating with our Dr’s so easy and efficient. We receive great care every time we go. We get in immediately and have great experiences with all providers and staff. The phlebotomist is amazing!! Mark was incredible! I had an incident and I legit got to see him the next day which is somthing that you can't do at most primary cares. He gave me so much helpful information, wrote me right away into the specialist that I needed to go see, and even went out of his way to contact another neurologist to try to prescribe the right medication for my given circumstance. Thank you so much Mark!! Also Dr.Artzburger is awesome as well, he's done so much for my dad.
Not sure who is in charge of the maps profile, but this place showed up as urgent care. I arrived and was denied care despite visible distress and abdominal pain. I was forced to leave without being seen
I absolutely LOVE the care I receive here. The docs here are amazing at informing and education. I couldn't afford health insurance, but direct primary care has literally been a life saver. I'm glad I have this EXPERT team of professionals taking care of me.
