Peake Management managed our property while we were living abroad. They were good and responsive to all of our needs.
From identifying qualified tenants to managing my home, Peake has shown diligence and professionalism the entire time. Their staff was polite and knowledgeable, and proved to have valuable relationships with dependable contractors. When we needed repairs/updates on the inside and outside of the house, our property manager Tina, provided us with multiple competing estimates, scheduled and monitored the work, and made sure it was completed to satisfaction all in a timely manner.
Peake Management has helped with the rental application process, lease writing and acceptance, move in inspection, and tenant issues after move in. Their team has been very responsive to all our questions and needs.
Thanks to Peake after 10 years of managing our property, it still looks really nice and well kept as if we were still living there. A true testament of them keeping up with the renters and finding good people to stay in our home.
