Can't say enough about the classes and trainers here! They're knowledgeable, encouraging and the workouts are hard but fun! Great music, fair price and flexible class times. Only workout I've found that motivates me to be consistent.

Michelle is great! Always prepared to lead the workout and provides guidance on proper technique for the exercises. She knows how to fix the music when it cuts out, too.
Absolutely the best gym in Dallas But so much more than a gym. I lost 20 lbs, gained so much confidence, a lot of strength - even got in good enough shape for a half ironman. Total fitness from amazing coaches. It worked for me - works for anyone. Great people, great community.
