I have seen this doctor for 14 years. I have a chronic condition that cannot be cured but can be treated, he is the only doctor I trust. I was referred to him by another ENT and so grateful I was. I see the reviews about him being cold and I disagree, he takes his job seriously and for that I am also very grateful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care as he is an excellent surgeon, speaks clearly about what I need to do and by when, and has always listened to me.
He is. A wonderful And Kind Doctor
If I hadn’t gotten a second opinion, this doctor could have wrecked my life. I am a singer for my job. It is my entire livelihood, and I had a vocal contract coming up that was incredibly important to me. I had been having vocal problems for over a month, and I was desperate for an actionable plan of treatment. At this point, my voice problems were bad enough it had been making it hard for me to even work, and I was struggling. I went to see Dr. Peak Woo very hopeful to finally receive an answer. I waited an hour in the wait... read more
Dr. Woo saved my life 21 years ago. What higher honor can one give. He will always hold a very special place in my heart. Thanks, Doc! I'm still around the in 2022.
Dr. Woo is always kind and compassionate. He listens to your concerns and always is willing to try his best to help you. The staff is also very helpful anytime you call or need something. I very rarely have to wait. This is a well run office and a top notch doctor.
DR. woo was 35 minutes late, and tried to make up the time during my visit. He barely gave me time to explain before shoving the instrument into my nose. His whole mannerism was cold, disdainful, disinterested, and that of an MD in a big rush to get his patient out of the office. He spoke little, seemed annoyed at my questions, and moved toward the door of the office while I was still attempting to get things clear. Find another doctor.
Bad bedside manner. Not helpful in the least.
I felt he didn't listen at all or care about my condition.
If Dr. Woo is your surgeon you could not possibly be in any better hands. I'm a vocalist who needed to have a polyp removed from my vocal cords & was recommended to Dr. Woo by both my ENT & my vocal therapist. My vocal therapist told me Dr. Woo is one of the top three in the world that does this surgery. He was kind, explained everything to me completely & put my fears to rest. Celia & Sylvia in the office went way above and beyond for me. Wish I had characters remaining to explain fully
