Peak windows came out for a moterized blind that was not working. They reprogramed the bind then it stopped working again. They came out and had to get the manufacturer send out a new motor . The initial price $225 for a service call seemed exorbitant but they are following through with warranty on the first service call .
I’m really glad this place is available locally. Big box stores and online shopping certainly have their place, but businesses like this provide a much better solution for services such as window blind cleaning and repairs. It’s great to have a knowledgeable local option that can handle these needs quickly and professionally.
The most knowledgeable and friendly staff I have come across in a very long time! I needed a very specific, custom bracket. They took the time to measure my blinds exactly and scour every resource to find it. Highly, highly recommend!
