This is the most unprofessional company, with no ability to speak with a health professional outside of your brief scheduled appointment. Long-winded automated phone system will only compound any mental health issue you already have and I've spent a year jumping through the hoops to get the medication I need for my ADHD and was put on medication that only made things worse.
