Awful absolutely awful They cancel reschedual and do not even tell you. I swear this place does not have there stuff together especially the counseling what a joke. Im not thw one keeping appts its thwm and they are not even telling me that they are canceling or rescheduling I find out when I show up for my appts
They are not organized and they give you the run around the worst place ever.
VOA may help addicts but there services for the SPMI population leaves much to be desired
I had an amazing time at the VOA before my therapist of two years had left and after that things went downhill quickly. Haven’t been back since one of my new therapists told me I couldn’t get help there anymore and yet they are still charging me for appointments I have never been to. So if you’re looking for a place that takes all of your money go right ahead and go there!
