This was actually one of the most pleasant experiences I've had seeing a medical provider in a long time. Matt Ford is not only thorough, but patient, listens well, shows genuine compassion and is very sharp with his care. I didn't feel patronized, rushed or as if I was annoying for asking multiple questions. I've recommended this clinic to other family members. (And it doesn't deduct from the visit that the grounds surrounding the clinic are breathtaking and lovely for one's mood. The view doesn't get much better.)

Can't even get the meds they prescribe you semi to thw right pharmacy make you look like an idiot wasting tine in line to have them say oh they sent us this way so we gotta wait ebwn longer to get rhe meds they prescribed you if you can help it stay away from here nothing has been right from day one with these clowns

I originally spoke very highly of this office, but after the experience I just had, I don’t think I want to continue treatment here. I had a very important procedure scheduled for tomorrow and spent the last two weeks fighting to make that appointment work with my job. I had to speak with multiple managers and supervisors just to rearrange my schedule so I could be there.
