The front desk is incompetent. One hung up on me because whatever was distracting her gave her the giggles and the other woman who is so obnoxiously rude doesnt understand what insurance her company takes. Im throughly angry I pay for insurance all to have Medicaid doctors and trash service and attitudes. Unfortunately due to the urgency of my situation and the lack of service I received I will also be reaching out to BBB to hopefully prevent others from having the same experience.
Great first time experience here at the Myron Stratton Office. Doctor Ford is very knowledgeable and helped me with my asthma! I highly recommend this location for all your primary medical needs!
