They make you call a general scheduler that puts you on hold forever. I had an appointment scheduled at 8am this morning and I hauled all my kids out the door for them to tell me there was no appointment and it was at a later date. Even though I had confirmed and put it in the calendar with the scheduler on the phone. What a waste of my time and I couldn’t get my baby the help she needed.
I 💕💕💕 the Peak Vista health/dental ctrs! The staff is always are SO pleasant, polite, respectful & understanding with patient needs.
It amazes me how y'all wanna charge me over $200 for a visit for something y'all could've told me over the phone. I explained my symptoms clearly over the phone and y'all insisted on me coming in for a "check up". No vitals were taken, no temperature check or didn't even check my weight before seeing the doctor. The doctor was a joke and told me to see how I feel over the next few days. No prescriptions or anything at all... Don't waste your time here nor you shouldn't have to pay for poor service!
