They have capable professionals here. Sometimes there's a long wait and things feel complicated and other times like yesterday it was simple and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and very capable.

Don’t waste your time. This place is nothing but a scam. They openly admit their providers “come and go,” yet expect patients to somehow track network status—even when appointments were scheduled while the provider was still covered. It’s an unacceptable, deceptive practice. On top of that, both customer service and billing are shockingly rude and unhelpful. There’s zero accountability, zero transparency, and a clear focus on squeezing money out of patients. Save yourself the frustration—go somewhere else.

I've been trying to get a referral for 4 weeks now. Every time I call, they take our information, say they'll send a referral and that somebody will call me back. No one ever calls back! Avoid this place, at least until they can get it together!
