Dr. Kimberly Stein consistently does not listen to her patients and appears unwilling to take patient concerns or input into consideration. Appointments feel rushed, and she seems determined to do things her own way rather than working collaboratively or explaining treatment options. Extremely disrespectful staff members. If Ashley is still employed, do not let your loved one come here. They watched my grandmother go through psychosis but CHOSE to do nothing about it, until she ended up in the hospital. The staff doesn't care about any of the residents and the staff goes out of their way to accuse family members and MAKE UP LIES. The attitude that every single staff member has is despicable. I’d leave zero stars if I could. 20 til closing and they wouldn’t even do vitals on my daughter. Came in with cardiac symptoms. Receptionist was completely annoyed as soon as we walked in. I’d be worried about keeping my job if I treated my patients like this.
Lady who finally answered at 6:20 11/14/2025 is lazy and unhelpful. Go to a different doctors office. Peak vista is too much of a hassle to deal with.
