Had an appointment with dr. Kaitlin veselicky and she was just amazing, I called the day before and they were able to get me in the next morning, obviously sometimes when calling there are long wait times but that just comes with a place that is in such high demand. Kaitlin was super compassionate about extremely professional, I was out of there within an hour-ish with medication in hand. Thank you to the amazing staff here and all of their recourses 🙏
Last week, I had a great experience with Kaitlin Veselicky, NP. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout my visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthcare provider who is both professional and attentive.
Lady came out to ask me why I was there for a scheduled appointment, right off the back I felt like I was an inconvenience. Then asked if I had insurance, like lady look at my chart I have a scheduled appointment that I checked in for. She didn’t even bother taking me back to be seen, she asked why I was there. Dr. Kimberly Stein consistently does not listen to her patients and appears unwilling to take patient concerns or input into consideration. Appointments feel rushed, and she seems determined to do things her own way rather than working collaboratively or explaining treatment options. This made my experience extremely frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dismissed. Communication was poor, and questions were not fully addressed.
