Our first experience with Annie was fantastic We came to her with a very tight timeline, completely Our doing, and she executed in a calm and seamless manner. Her communication was timely and easily understood. Her reaching out to Us after Our new mortgage kicked in, to quality control Her side of the process, was a nice touch harkenkng back to the days when Customer Service was a legitimate and coveted trait. We highly recommend Annie to anyone and look forward to Our future dealings together. Thank-you again Annie
