Our first experience with Annie was fantastic We came to her with a very tight timeline, completely Our doing, and she executed in a calm and seamless manner. Her communication was timely and easily understood. Her reaching out to Us after Our new mortgage kicked in, to quality control Her side of the process, was a nice touch harkenkng back to the days when Customer Service was a legitimate and coveted trait. More than once- From start to finish Annie was exceptional! Her communication was prompt, she was out ahead and prepared for every question the lender had. She worked seamlessly with my relator. I'm confident there was no one else that could have done a better job than her! Highly recommend!
