I had them repair my tk3 apu. It has been into a shop 8 or 9 times in 3 months. The tk3 is a gremlin infested nightmare! This shop finally got it fixed. They did a great job and got me back on the road.
Well , checked in at 9.20 am for a minor reefer trailer item replacement and was told that there is only one truck ahead of me . In 2 hrs later decided to walk in to enquire how long more to wait and was told that there are 6 trucks ahead of me now . Wtf ?!!? They told me fcfs basis. Exactly and yes I was empty . But nobody told me I’ll be processed from the “leftover principle” and loaded ones will be taken first. And I’m about to lose my next load .
APU mechanics go home at 4pm. Got there at 4:15pm. That just sucks
Absolutely fantastic thermo king, very fast, professional and all around great place. We took our truck in for an APU issue and they diagnosed and had my truck fixed and on the road in under 2 hours. I love the express APU service they provide. Thank you to the service writers and mechanics for your professional services and thanks to Peak for providing a nice facility for us customers!
